We accept payment through PayPal, GCash, and bank transfer.

PayPal payments are processed immediately. You will receive your download link by email shortly after payment.

GCash and bank transfer payments require manual verification. After sending your payment, you submit your proof of payment through our form. We verify payments within 24 hours, and once confirmed, we send your download link to the email address you provided.

If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of verification, email us at mae@ronamaejustine.com and we will resolve it.

Refund terms depend on the product you purchased. The terms stated on the sales page at the time of your purchase are the terms that apply.

For The Business Clarity Kit, we offer a 30-day guarantee. To qualify for a refund, you must:

• Read the guide

• Complete all seven worksheets

• Fill in the Financial Exit Calculator

• Request your refund within 30 days of purchase

• Send us a photo of your completed, handwritten worksheets

If you have done the work honestly and did not gain a single clear insight or a clearer next step, email us at mae@ronamaejustine.com with your photo and we will return your payment.

For courses and video-based products, where a guarantee is offered, you must complete all modules and submit the required worksheets or exercises included in each module before requesting a refund. Specific requirements will be stated on the sales page for that product.

Refund requests without the required completed work will not be processed. Because these are digital products delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds outside these terms.

When you purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for your own use.

You may not:

• Share, send, or give the files to anyone else

• Resell, rent, or sublicense the product

• Upload the files to any website, group, or file-sharing service

• Reproduce or republish the content, in whole or in part

• Use the content to create a competing product

All content remains the intellectual property of Ronamae Justine Valdez.

If we find that you have shared or resold the product, we may revoke your access without a refund.
